Gamification in Learning & Development
February 27, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm CET
FreeGamification stands for “applying game-design elements & game principles in non-game contexts” and this is what you will learn in this event
Brought to you by BerLearn, a network for HR professionals, instructional designers, universities, LMS, trainers, coaches and consultants, Learning & Development specialists, edtech startups and anyone interested in the Future of Learning and Development in Germany, skills shortage and innovation in corporate education.
Why employees would check their phones during a presentation of their HR Manager?
What motivates people to take action and why is that action not always linked to learning and development?
Have you ever wondered why students would rather play a video game than attend class?
More importantly, how can you take advantage of what makes games so engaging and use it when designing a course?
Gamification stands for “applying game-design elements and game principles in non-game contexts” and this is what you will learn in this event.
